
He was admitted as an attorney in 1980.
He concentrates primarily on mining, corporate and commercial work. Presently, much of his time is spent consulting with clients involved in the mining and energy sector, undertaking due diligences and offering political and economic feasibility-related analyses and advice to potential investors. He has been and is intimately involved in the largest Project Financial transactions undertaken in Namibia.
He is a long-standing member of the Law Society of Namibia, previous Councillor of the Law Society of Namibia, convenor of the Committee on Human Rights, previous member of the Board for Legal Education and a member of the International Bar Association.
He was the founding member and subsequently President of Namibia Peace Plan 435, working for the implementation of United Nations Resolution 435 of 1978 leading to the independence of Namibia.
Over the years, Peter Koep has delivered numerous papers and written articles for a range of publications. During the past twelve months, he has acted for international oil and gas companies in matters relating to their Namibian operations. He has also acted as Namibian counsel in the proposed bidding and proposed takeovers of large mining
companies as well as proposed mergers of mining companies.

He qualified as an attorney and notary public, after serving his articles of clerkship with P.F. Koep and Co. under Peter Koep.
His focus is on High Court litigation, corporate and commercial work, banking law, trademarks, patents and transportation (road and air).
Mr Agenbach is a member of the Law Society of Namibia and has served on, inter alia, the High Court Committee, the Human Rights Committee, the Taxation Committee and also as an examiner for the trial examination that candidate attorneys have to pass for admission to the legal profession.
Mr Agenbach has been and is closely involved in some of the largest Mergers and Acquisitions in Namibia and also attends to competition (anti-trust) law.

He was admitted as an attorney in 1994. He joined P.F. Koep & Co. in 1995 and was invited to become a partner in 2000. He has also sat for and passed his conveyancing examinations.
He concentrates on property law, the legislation of property, transfer of ownership and the drafting of property related agreements and heads the Swakopmund office of Koep & Partners, where he practises conveyancing, litigation and general and corporate commercial work.

She commenced her candidate legal practitioner training with P.F. Koep & Co. in 2000 and was admitted as a legal practitioner in April 2001.
Subsequently, she joined First National Bank of Namibia as the Chief Trust Officer from 2001 until 2004. She sat for and passed her conveyancing examination in May 2003 and at the beginning of 2005 she re-joined the firm as a fully qualified conveyancer. She was invited to join the partnership in 2008 and is currently serving on the Law Society's Standing Committee for Wills and Estates, as well as the Conveyancing Committee.
Her focus is on property law, property transactions, general conveyancing matters, transfer of ownership and registration of mortgage bonds, facilitation of property projects and developments, drafting of agreements relating to properties and sectional title schemes, administration of deceased estates, estate planning, wills and trusts.

Mr Titus practised as a State Prosecutor from January 2001 until January 2002, whereafter he commenced his candidate legal practitioner training with the firm Dammert & Hinda Inc. He was admitted as a legal practitioner in April 2003 and joined Koep & Partners in January 2004. He was invited to join the partnership in 2008.
Mr Titus specialises in labour law, the drawing of corporate contracts, commercial law, MVA claims and general civil litigation and he advises clients on oil and gas issues.

Mr Vlieghe commenced his articles of clerkship with Koep & Partners in January 2009 under the supervision of Richard Mueller. He was admitted as Legal Practitioner on the 04th of June 2010.
He concentrates primarily on Labour Law, Divorce Law, Immigration Law, general corporate and commercial work and litigation.

Mr van den Berg commenced his articles of clerkship with Koep & Partners in January 2009 under the supervision of Peter Frank Koep. He was admitted as Legal Practitioner on the 04th of June 2010. He is currently reading for his PhD in
petroleum law at the University of Cape Town.
He concentrates primarily on mining and energy law and corporate and commercial work.
Publications: In 2009, Mr. van den Berg published an article in the Stellenbosch Law Review on the Ownership of Minerals in South Africa. He is the author and co-author of various publications. He is also a member of the Land Law Watch, hosted by the University of Cape Town and has delivered a few papers to this group on mineral law, real rights and foreign ownership of land in South Africa.

Ms. Cagnetta commenced her articles of clerkship with Andreas Vaatz & Partners in January 2009 and joined Koep & Partners in April 2011. She was admitted as Legal Practitioner in June 2010 and awarded an Excellence Award as best JTC student at the Judge JP Karuaihe Awards.
Ms Cagnetta primarily concentrates on family law, divorce law, criminal law, litigation and general corporate and commercial work.
She is fluent in English, conversational in Afrikaans with comprehensive knowledge of German.
